Stairs Only — No Ramp
This access is stairs only, and not wheelchair accessible. If that’s a dealbreaker for your group, Dune Allen RBA and Fort Panic RBA 43 further west both have full ADA ramps.

This is a small, simple access — no frills, but a genuinely nice covered picnic pavilion with grills and a Gulf view, right where you’d want it. It’s a good pick if you’re looking for a quieter, low-key stop with a place to grill out.

Room to Sit, a Few Rules to Know
- Bonfires: allowed with a South Walton Fire District permit — required, apply before your visit
- Lifeguards: on duty in season — always check the flag color before swimming
- Stairs only — not wheelchair accessible

Blue Mountain RBA 36 sits nearby with a similar stairs-only setup. If you need a ramp, Dune Allen RBA and Fort Panic RBA 43 further west are both fully ADA accessible.
