Welcome to Your Beach Buddy. By using this website and its tools, you agree to the following terms. Please read them — they’re written in plain English, not legalese.

Who we are

Your Beach Buddy is an independent beach access guide for the 30A corridor of Florida’s Emerald Coast, created and maintained by Team Turner at Counts Real Estate Group. Our office is located at 5231 E Co Hwy 30A Suite 100, Santa Rosa Beach, FL 32459.

Our content is protected

The access descriptions, editorial notes, amenity details, research findings, and overall selection and arrangement of content on this site represent hundreds of hours of original, on-the-ground research. All of it is protected by United States copyright law.

You may not copy, reproduce, republish, scrape, redistribute, or use any portion of this site’s content for commercial purposes without our written permission. This includes the text on individual beach access cards, the rental address search tool, and the structure and organization of the guide itself.

Personal, non-commercial use — like sharing a link with your vacation group — is always welcome.

Accuracy and conditions

We do our best to keep this guide current, but beach access conditions change. Parking availability, restroom status, seasonal closures, and walkover accessibility can all vary without notice. We are not liable for conditions you encounter at any access point listed here.

Always use good judgment when visiting a beach access, especially with small children, mobility needs, or during severe weather.

The rental address search tool

The address search feature uses the Google Geocoding API to estimate distances from your rental to nearby beach accesses. Results are provided as a convenience and may not reflect real-time road conditions, construction, or private access restrictions. Directions link to Google Maps, which is a third-party service we do not control.

We do not store, collect, or share any address you enter into the search tool.

This site includes links to Google Maps and other external services. We are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or accuracy of any third-party website.
