Santa Clara RBA 17
A purpose-built beach facility with a 400 ft boardwalk and room for up to 60 cars — close to Seaside and WaterColor if you want restaurants nearby.
A Real Facility, Not Just a Path to the Sand
Santa Clara RBA 17 has 109.5 ft of confirmed public Gulf frontage on a county-owned parcel — a $478,000 beach access facility built in 2021, with a substantial 400 ft boardwalk. It’s close to Seaside and WaterColor, so restaurants and shops are an easy walk or short drive away.
Up to 60 Spaces — Main Lot Plus Overflow
Between the main lot and overflow parking directly across 30A, there’s room for up to 60 cars. It still fills on peak days, so arrive early. Golf cart parking is also available.
- ADA boardwalk ramp — note the ramp is steep, so wagons and coolers may take some effort
- Restrooms, outdoor rinse showers, and water fountains
- Beach wheelchairs available — request through the lifeguard or fire department
- Beach chair and umbrella rentals available
A $478,000 Facility, Built in 2021
This access was purpose-built in 2021 with a genuine 400 ft boardwalk — not a retrofit. It’s one of the more substantial builds on this stretch of 30A, close enough to Seaside and WaterColor that a beach day can easily turn into a dinner-out day.
Worth knowing: private property flanks both sides of the public corridor — keep to the area in front of the boardwalk.
“A purpose-built facility with a real boardwalk — and Seaside close enough to walk to for dinner.”
