23 Spaces, With ADA and Bicycle Parking Dedicated
The lot has 23 spaces, with dedicated ADA and bicycle parking built in from the start — this is one of the more thoughtfully designed lots on 30A.

Built for Accessibility From Day One
Being new, this access was designed with accessibility as a priority rather than an afterthought — the ADA boardwalk, beach wheelchair, and dedicated ADA/bicycle parking spaces are all part of the original build, not later add-ons.

Santa Clara Is Right Next Door
Santa Clara RBA 17 sits nearby with its own substantial boardwalk and up to 60 parking spaces. Deer Lake State Park is also close, if you want the coastal dune lake and don’t mind the entry fee.
